Viewing your photos, whether on location or post-assignment, requires fast, easy and logical access to recorded images. The EOS-1Ds Mark III performs admirably on all accounts, providing you with a convenient way to quickly display the large amount of data included with each photo. Pressing on the conveniently located INFO button toggles you through four different display modes showing the image, histograms and all metadata, including image size, shooting information and GPS information*. Images can be viewed one-by-one, or in groups of four or nine. For closer inspection of images, zoom in or out from 1.5x to 10x in 15 steps. Fast deletion of unwanted images (a function most professionals can appreciate) can be done safely, either individually or in batches. * GPS information is recorded only when shooting with the Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E2/E2A + a GPS device.
