Q: Is the installation of adjustment program recommended for all PowerShot A20 users?
A: Yes.

Q: What point is specifically improved by the adjustment program?
A: It improves the AF accuracy close to the telephoto end.

Q: Does the adjustment program change the firmware?
A: No. The firmware is not changed.

Q: Do I need any special equipment to install the adjustment program?
A: In addition to the camera itself, you will need the following equipment:
  • Brand-new alkaline batteries or fully charged NB-1AH nickel-metal-hydride batteries (optional)*
  • CF card with 2MB or more. 

We recommend owners of the ACK600 AC adapter kit (optional) to use the adapter kit.

*Beforeinstalling the adjustment program make sure that mark does not appear on the LCD Monitor.
